Reliability and function test

Noise test: the static sound insulation effect of the sealing strip can be evaluated by measuring the noise shielding of the whole vehicle fitted with the sealing strip. Loading test

The loading test of sealing strip is firstly matched on the standard vehicle model and evaluated by three-dimensional measurement in space.Then, the pre-pilot test was carried out on the vehicle body or in small batch production vehicles.Of course, loading tests are also carried out directly on the body of the production car. However, due to the variation of the size and assembly position of each part of the car body and door, it is often necessary to match multiple times to obtain the ideal effect.

Road test

Road test is the test of vehicle performance. As an automobile part, the seal strip should be completed together with the vehicle for various weather and road sports car tests.Qualified seals shall maintain good performance after these tests.
