The rubber materials used to manufacture door seals are required to have good elasticity, resistance to repeated compression and environmental resistance. EPDM has good elasticity and weather resistance, and is currently the most commonly used rubber material for manufacturing sealing strips. In recent years, the thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) formed by dynamic vulcanization of PP (polypropylene)/EPDM blends also basically has the excellent performance of EPDM, and its materials can be recycled like plastics. The scope of application in the field has gradually expanded.
