Properties of elastomer TPE sealing strip material

Inferior door and window sealing strips contain many harmful substances (such as soluble cadmium, antimony, lead and other heavy metal carcinogens), and the volatilization of these soluble harmful substances will seriously damage human health. After exposure to sunlight or high temperatures, the sealant strip will become sticky and adhere to the car windows and glass. Sometimes there will be "oil leakage" phenomenon, which not only pollutes the doors and windows, but also affects the sealing function and beauty of the doors and windows.
Application of TPE in Door and Window Sealing Strip Industry
Elastomeric TPE sealing materials are typically Shore A with a hardness of 60-70 and a specific gravity of 0.94. The extrusion temperature is usually set between 175 and 200 degrees. TPE sealing material has excellent coloring, flexibility, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance. It has excellent processing performance, no vulcanization, recyclable and low cost.
