After exposure to sunlight or high temperatures, the sealant strip will become sticky and adhere to the car windows and glass. Application of TPE in door and window sealing strip industry:
Elastomeric TPE sealing materials are typically Shore A with a hardness of 60-70 and a specific gravity of 0.94. The extrusion temperature is usually set between 175 and 200 degrees. TPE sealing material has excellent coloring, flexibility, weather resistance, fatigue resistance and temperature resistance. It has excellent processing performance, no vulcanization, recyclable and low cost.
