Characteristics of rubber strips of different materials
1. Natural rubber sealing strip: the applicable temperature is -50~120 ℃; it is characterized by good elasticity and low temperature performance, but poor high temperature performance, poor oil resistance, and easy aging in the air.
2. Styrene-butadiene rubber sealing strip: applicable temperature is -30~120 ℃; it is characterized by resistance to animal and vegetable oil, which is large for general mineral oil expansion, strong aging resistance, and better wear resistance than natural rubber sealing strip.
3. Nitrile rubber sealing strip: applicable temperature is -30~120 ℃; it is characterized by oil resistance, wear resistance and good aging resistance, but it is not suitable for phosphoric acid ester hydraulic oil machinery.
4. Silicone rubber sealing strip: the applicable temperature is -20~120 ℃; it is characterized by resistance to fuel oil, gasoline and mineral oil, high content, good oil resistance, but poor cold resistance.
5. Ethylene propylene rubber sealing strip: applicable temperature is -50~150 ℃; heat resistance, cold resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good wear resistance, but not resistant to general mineral oil lubricating oil and hydraulic oil.
